Siem Reap has thousands of Tuk Tuks and they can be a wonderful way to see nearby attractions in Siem Reap such as Angkor Wat & Angkor Thom, and certainly providing a cheaper alternative to a car for short trips for dinner or visiting the local market.

Unlike the more familiar Bangkok Tuk Tuks, Siem Reap’s Tuk Tuks are laid back, easy to view local attractions and of course more economical that a car or van. There is a little more protection for you than as a Motor Cycle pillion passenger and as the drivers we recommend are experienced and careful drivers there is little chance of an accident.

It’s really up to individual taste but we highly recommend you try a Tuk Tuk especially for short trips and when the weather is good. Keep in mind many of Siem Reap’s road can be dusty long trips are not for everyone.
