Cancellation Policy

Clients may receive a full refund if they cancel at least 3 full days before the scheduled booking.

Cancelling within within 72 hours but with 24 hours you may receive a 50% refund.

If a guest cancels a reservation less than 24 hours you won’t be eligible for any refund, although we will offer a 25% generous discount on future bookings at our discretion.

Please understand that cancelling will cause a loss of income to the driver especially when done at short notice, but also we understand flights can be late and/or cancelled, and we will do out best to accommodate you in such situations provided you have supplied accurate flight information etc.
